Merck is seeking a Tech Solutions Product Compliance & Sustainability Global Lead to establish a unified, end‑to‑end compliance framework across electronic and non‑electronic product portfolios. You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Legal to drive regulatory strategy and product certification globally, and to ensure alignment across geographies and product lifecycles.

The role requires deep regulatory expertise, strong cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to translate

Competenze

• 10+ years of senior experience in leading global Product Compliance, Environmental Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs within a global organization.
• Strong background in managing regulatory compliance and product certification/standards for complex technology products across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven experience working with regulators, certification labs, notified bodies, and industry organizations.
• Fluency in English; experience in a global, multicultural environment.

• Define and lead a global Product Compliance strategy aligned with business objectives, product portfolio, and risk profile.
• Establish governance with clear scope, decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability across functions.
