Merck & Co. in Rahway, NJ is seeking an Associate Director of Technical Product Management for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Products.

This role owns the multi-year strategy, lifecycle delivery, and operational enhancements of digital capabilities across a global EHS systems portfolio. You will define roadmaps, lead cross-functional discovery with safety leads and operations, and ensure compliance with SDLC, GMP/GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 while managing vendor resources and complex

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive PM experience with business stakeholders in complex environments.
• Solid SDLC governance and GMP/GxP compliance knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise EHS platforms (e.g., Enablon, Sphera, Intelex, Cority, Velocity EHS, ePAS).

Mansioni

• Own full lifecycle of global EHS digital products from discovery to deployment and optimization.
• Define multi-year EHS product roadmap aligned with business objectives and digital manufacturing strategy.
• Lead cross-functional discovery with site safety leads and operations; translate needs into user stories and backlogs.
• Apply disciplined project management to deliver programs on time, within budget.
• Use LEAN principles to remove waste and accelerate delivery velocity.
• Build relationships with GSE leadership, site engineering, plant managers, IT, and enterprise architecture.
• Ensure SDLC/GxP/21 CFR Part 11 compliance for all releases.
