Merck & Co., Rahway, NJ, seeks an Associate Director of Technical Product Management for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Products. You will own the multi-year strategy, lifecycle delivery, and operational enhancement of our global EHS digital capabilities across the portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align initiatives with the digital manufacturing strategy, and ensure compliance with SDLC governance, GMP/GxP standards, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Twelve+ years PM experience with five+ years in matrixed enterprise environments.

Responsabilités

• Own full lifecycle of global EHS digital products from discovery to optimization.
• Define multi-year EHS product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate operational needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure SDLC, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance across releases.
