Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of senior experience leading global Product Compliance or Regulatory Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a global Product Compliance strategy aligned with business objectives and product portfolio.
• Oversee regulatory monitoring, impact assessments, and multi-year implementation roadmaps.
• Embed compliance processes in product development, design, supplier onboarding, and post-launch monitoring.
• Lead supplier compliance across a global multi-tier supply chain and drive data quality improvements.
• Develop global training programs and maintain policies, SOPs, and templates.
• Define and lead the Software Compliance Framework and interface for software audits and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Legal, Policy, EHS, and other functions; support M&A and due diligence.
