Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a Buyer Level II to coordinate and manage global procurement and tactical activity across assigned categories. You will handle requisition placement, PO processing, ePw rescheduling, and supplier expediting to prevent shortages and support production and aftermarket needs.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to meet annual goals, monitor supplier performance, and drive improvements while understanding long‑term agreements with the supply base.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations or related field.
• 2–4 years of procurement experience or equivalent.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with pull/kan‑ban and BOM planning.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate purchase orders, requisitions and related documents for production and aftermarket parts.
• Optimize inventory using A/B/C purchasing methodology.
• Review/act on MRP exception messages and expedite POs.
• Place POs timely per MRP recommendations.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics to ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Manage part shortages and supplier expediting for on‑time delivery.
• Escalate supplier risk to leadership as needed.
• Support design/releases with supply base and participate in cost reduction initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and enterprise excellence projects.
