Grace, a Standard Industries company, is seeking a Director, Global Procurement Operations to lead end-to-end S2P and Supplier Lifecycle Management for a ~$2B spend. You will set global process design, governance, and digital enablement, partnering with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Finance, IT and risk to drive efficiency and cash flow.

You will own the global S2P digital roadmap, optimize Ariba/SAP integrations, deliver cycle-time improvements, and build a high-performance 40+ person team across

Responsibilities

• Drive clear accountability for vision, design, governance, and performance across regions and businesses for complex E2E processes.
• Define global standards, policies, controls, and decision rights while balancing enterprise consistency with regional needs.
• Lead global S2P alignment with Finance, IT, Quality, and Risk to optimize end-to-end flow.
• Own the global S2P digital roadmap and drive automation, standardization, and scale.
• Provide visible leadership to a diverse, global organization and manage supplier performance, risk, and value realization.
