Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an Associate Director, Procurement Integration Lead to own and lead integration activities and savings delivery across all entities globally. The role reports to the Global Head of Procurement and drives onboarding outcomes, rollout of ERP-enabled processes, and continuous improvement across multiple geographies.

Lead a team of Category Managers and Buyers/Analysts to optimize negotiations and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years in procurement/category management, ideally with M&A/post-merger integration experience.
• Experience standing up or rolling out Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roll-out of the global Procure to Pay process and transition to ERP tools across acquired entities.
• Translate operating model into entity-specific implementation plans.
• Track and drive resolution of process adoption issues surfaced by acquired entities.
• Manage and develop Category Managers and Buyers/Analysts; support negotiations and savings delivery.
