Job summary

Takeda seeks a senior leader to define and drive the global technology and innovation strategy for an assigned manufacturing modality within MSAT. You will shape the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing by advancing process technologies, automation and AI-enabled solutions across Takeda's network.

You will lead the modality technology blueprint, govern the innovation portfolio, and partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Digital teams to deliver measurable business value

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 15+ years in pharma/biopharma manufacturing, MSAT, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading technology innovation and manufacturing transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global technology and innovation strategy for the assigned modality.
• Own and govern the innovation portfolio and establish multi-year roadmaps.
