Takeda is seeking a Global Head of MSAT Packaging to lead a worldwide organization defining and delivering innovative, compliant and sustainable packaging across Takeda's diverse portfolio. You will align R&D, MSAT, manufacturing sites and external partners to drive strategy, governance and lifecycle management.

Advanced degree with ~15 years in pharma packaging and at least 10 years in global leadership are required.

Formación

• 15 years in pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, packaging or related technical operations.
• At least 10 years leading global technical, engineering or program-management teams with budget ownership.
• Proven track record in packaging development, commercialization, launches, technology transfers and lifecycle management, including cGMP/regulatory alignment.
• Deep technical expertise in pharmaceutical packaging science and device/combination-product technologies.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and quality standards (cGMP/ICH/FDA CMC).
• Experience collaborating with internal networks, CMOs, packaging suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent strategic planning, portfolio management and financial acumen; leadership and change-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the global MSAT Packaging strategy, roadmap and capability development.
• Lead global packaging programs with prioritization, resource allocation and budget oversight.
• Oversee packaging commercialization, qualification, tech transfers and manufacturing implementation.
• Establish governance across R&D, Wave launches and lifecycle management with external partners.
• Drive packaging lifecycle management, cost optimization and continuous improvement.
• Develop global packaging standards, procedures and best practices.
• Champion sustainable, patient-centric packaging and material optimization.
• Build and lead a high-performing, diverse global organization with cross-functional collaboration.
