Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop new procedures and BKMs to service new products.
• Participate in or own first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing on new Product final tests.
• Collaborate with Q&R to review Top Field Issues and CAPA processes.
• Develop and document procedures for install, retrofit, and maintenance.
• Create training materials with Global Technical Training for customers.
