Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Global Product Support Engineer to serve as the technical backbone for field engineers and product support teams, troubleshooting Etch chambers and guiding process qualification at customer sites.

You will lead cross-functional projects, train Field Service Engineers, and contribute to process improvements while traveling up to 15–20% to support customers in the semiconductor fabrication ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years with a Master’s degree.
• PhD with 5+ years of experience is acceptable.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to field process engineers and product support personnel troubleshooting Etch chambers.
• Report process-related enhancements and design improvements to engineering.
• Support first-in-fab customers with process qualification.
