• Doctorate or equivalent with supply chain experience in pharma.
• Extensive knowledge of GMP/GDP and quality management systems.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic processes.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and improve global QMS for W&D/SCS.
• Shape strategy and future-state roadmap for QMS processes.
• Monitor regulatory developments and impact on global processes.
• Provide risk-based guidance for priorities and actions.
• Establish governance, metrics, risk indicators and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve process effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Quality and GMP/GDP networks for alignment.
• Lead audit/inspection response strategies and reviews.
• Manage change related to QMS and regulatory updates.
• Build a global SME/network to drive alignment and execution.
