TALENT Software Services is seeking a seasoned Business Process Owner for global Supplier Quality Management processes. You will own SCN and ASL workflows, drive KPI-based monitoring, and lead continuous improvement with cross-functional partners across GxP functions.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Compliance, GSP, GMSAT, and site teams to align global processes with regulatory requirements and business goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• BA/BS in life sciences or related field.
• 6 years of experience in regulated biotech/pharma/medical device.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations.
• Experience in supplier quality or related manufacturing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Quality-related reviews for Supplier Change Notifications.
• Lead management of Approved Supplier List.
• Establish KPIs and perform trend analysis.
• Act as Business Process Owner for SCN and ASL.
• Review and approve SCNs in QMS.
• Collaborate with global and site stakeholders.
• Develop and communicate quality policies.
• Support program enhancements to SCN and ASL.
• Provide SME support to site/global inspections.
