This role will influence the community of Global Process Owners and partner with executive leadership to ensure alignment of processes to enterprise strategy. Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $221,600.00 to $377,200.00 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise operations, GBS, or large-scale transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading others in global, matrixed organizations.
• Deep understanding of GBS operating models and shared services.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise process creation and delivery across GBS.
• Guide community of Global Process Owners for process governance.
• Partner with executive leadership to ensure alignment on strategic issues.
