Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience in strategic business partnership and organizational effectiveness.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment.
• Experience designing organizational design, transformation, succession planning, and talent strategies.
• Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and executive presence.
• Exceptional judgment, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business needs into workforce priorities.
• Shape talent and workforce strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
• Lead talent planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Partner with COEs and PEXT to develop scalable solutions across the organization.
• Leverage analytics to inform workforce planning and decision making.
• Provide guidance on change management, culture, and communications.
