Job summary

Dymax, part of the Bachmann Chemical & Engineering family, seeks a Global Business Process Analyst to transform complex workflows into scalable, auditable processes. You’ll connect people, processes, technology, and quality systems to drive accountability and efficiency across regions.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, capture requirements, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and standardization with measurable improvements.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills: data gathering, flowcharting, process mapping, diagramming.
• Familiarity with QMS/eQMS tools and documentation quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex processes into clear, practical models showing ownership and accountability.
• Collaborate across functions and regions to simplify, standardize, measure, and improve processes.
• Apply process improvement tools to translate insights into practical solutions.
• Champion documentation for processes and policies, ensuring audit-readiness and alignment with QMS.
• Build KPIs and audit practices to track improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners on automation opportunities (BPMN, continuous improvement).
• Support eQMS activities, vendor updates, and global usage processes.
• Engage in additional high-value projects as needed.
• Document and optimize critical workflows using BPMN 2.0 and Value Stream Mapping.
