Zusammenfassung

Bachem Americas is seeking a Sr. Process Improvement Specialist to collect, analyze, and visualize production data to boost process performance and efficiency across manufacturing.

You will lead data-driven improvements, work with SAP in production, and collaborate across sites to optimize the product portfolio. The role reports to the Production Department and requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive CAPAs and continuous verification initiatives

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, information systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with reporting tools (Hyperion/Brio) or other statistical software.
• 4+ years in process improvement or operations.
• Experience with SAP transactions and troubleshooting.
• Experience in a cGMP environment; strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Analyze manufacturing processes, identify improvements, apply analytical techniques.
• Generate KPIs and report process performance to leadership.
• Lead data acquisition standardization across projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Assess impact of process parameters using process maps and define quality metrics.
• Define and monitor quality metrics, use trend analysis, and manage continuous verification.
• Draft MBPRs, SOPs, deviations, investigations, and track CAPAs.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and cGMP guidelines.
• Assist managers with data entry and production scheduling.
