Requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing, and strong Lean Six Sigma and project management skills. Travel ~20% and onsite work at multiple locations will be involved.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/process environment.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and project management preferred.

• Take responsibility for a well-defined process area and related projects.
• Lead and coordinate global process improvements in quality, service, and cost.
• Provide expertise in the relevant process technologies across Global Engineering.
• Define project schedules and manage budgets during implementation.
• Support automation roll-out and introduction of new technologies with engineering and QA teams.
• Harmonize best practices across sites and manage knowledge transfer.
