Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to support manufacturing operations by identifying process inefficiencies, investigating scrap-related issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This role entails spending significant time on the production floor observing operations, collecting and analyzing data, and communicating findings to cross-functional teams to drive actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, quality, or continuous improvement environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and communicate data effectively.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Medical device experience and ISO13485 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Investigate scrap and quality issues to identify root causes and improvements.
• Observe production lines to understand workflow and uncover inefficiencies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze production and quality data to identify trends.
• Monitor key process steps and evaluate performance against targets.
• Document findings and provide actionable recommendations to engineering, quality, and operations.
• Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and support CAPA decisions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvements.
