Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is looking for a Manager of Process Engineering in the DFBU Productivity group. Lead a global team focused on product performance, process robustness, and uptime, while driving continuous improvement and best practices in dielectric films.

You will manage cross-functional projects across the US and India, develop talent, and ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders to resolve escalations and deliver high‑quality engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with engineering product development processes/best practices.
• Management experience leading diverse teams.
• Design engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the global team and develop skills and ownership.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering development and release processes.
• Cross-functional work to align requirements and drive solutions.
• Manage cross-functional teams in US and India (CFTs).
• Resolve escalations and prioritize engineering operations work.
• Represent operational interests in corporate CFTs and publish engineering standards.
