Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD with years of experience in materials science, chemical engineering, chemistry or physics.
- Experience with SPC/DOE and statistical methods for process optimization.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python or similar scientific computing languages.
Responsibilities
- Conduct process engineering R&D and evaluation for Lam's semiconductor equipment and systems.
- Review and enhance processing techniques and methods used in manufacturing and fabrication.
- Develop and sustain new processes and improvements to reduce costs and increase yields.
- Analyze test data to define next steps and process specifications.
