Veolia seeks a Sr. Director for water and wastewater projects to lead a global team of engineers. You will drive sustainable, creative solutions, mentor regional staff, and coordinate with customers, vendors, and EPCs to deliver complex designs and operating systems.

You will guide technical strategy, review designs, and support growth initiatives across business units, leveraging deep chemistry knowledge and international experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years engineering experience in water and wastewater reuse.
• 15+ years dedicated expertise with in-depth chemistry knowledge.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Willing to travel internationally and locally up to 15–30%.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor regional process engineers to develop eco-friendly designs.
• Own integrated process design reviews with multiple stakeholders.
• Drive strategy and provide technical guidance across global teams.
• Review pilot data and optimize process performance.
• Contribute to external papers and conferences to reinforce market leadership.
