Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with production/manufacturing experience.

• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong project management and communication of status/escalation points.

Responsibilities

• Design, procure, install and qualify new manufacturing equipment, delivering full production ready processes while project managing internal/external team members and vendors.
• Develop and maintain tooling, manufacturing instructions, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent quality and compliance with regulations.
• Provide technical and process support to manufacturing teams, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products and provide input during the product development phase.
• Manage New Product Introduction including technical design review, tooling and equipment acquisition, and overall project schedule management.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement advanced technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
