Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Process Automation and Control Engineer to lead automation projects, implement cybersecurity, and provide global operational support. This role will drive capital project phases and champion safety across sites.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in controls engineering within chemical/pharmaceutical environments, with deep DCS experience (DeltaV/ABB/Allen-Bradley) and proven leadership and collaboration skills. Remote work options and travel are available.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel ~25% domestically and some international.
Willingness to lead control-focused engineering projects across capital programs.
Experience with DCS platforms: Emerson DeltaV, ABB 800xA, Foxboro or Rockwell.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of automation portion of capital projects from design to commissioning.
Champion safety by following process safety work practices in the field.
Act as technical authority ensuring deliverables meet industry standards.
Collaborate with site leadership, engineering teams and vendors for seamless execution.
Monitor milestones to ensure safety, regulatory compliance and high quality.
Deliver control system configuration services for NA sites.
Provide automation support for lifecycle management and cybersecurity.
Travel for commissioning or project activities across NA, SA, APAC.
