Solenis, a global water and hygiene solutions provider, invites a Process Automation and Control Engineer to join our North American Engineering Hub. You will lead automation projects, implement cybersecurity measures, and provide operational support worldwide.

This pivotal role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient automation across sites. The ideal candidate brings a decade of experience in chemical manufacturing environments, deep DCS knowledge, and a proven track record guiding capital

Qualifications

10+ years in Controls Engineering in chemical/petrochemical/pharma environments.
Experience leading control-focused projects with DCS platforms like DeltaV/800xA/Foxboro/Rockwell.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of automation within capital projects: design, engineering, implementation, commissioning.
Ensure process safety and life-critical work processes are followed on site.
Act as technical authority for project deliverables and industry standards.
Collaborate with site leadership, engineering teams, and vendors for seamless execution.
Monitor milestones, safety compliance, and quality of work.
Deliver control system configuration services for NA sites.
Provide lifecycle automation support including cybersecurity services.
Travel for commissioning or project activities across NA, SA, and APAC as needed.
