Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Global Process Engineer to join our Business Transformation team. You will architect and improve end-to-end enterprise processes across the full lifecycle—from lead generation and business development through project delivery, billing, and revenue recognition—partnering with executives to drive alignment and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, information systems, engineering, finance, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise process architecture and value-stream mapping.
• Ability to analyze complex process issues and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management to lead workshops and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Map and architect end-to-end business lifecycle from lead generation to project delivery and revenue recognition.
• Translate objectives into current-state and future-state process architecture with governance implications.
• Develop process artifacts, value-stream maps, and executive-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with business, finance, operations, and technology to design future-state processes.
• Maintain reusable process documentation and templates to promote consistency and adoption.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to validate processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and recommendations using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Evaluate new process practices and technology-enabled opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Support ERP modernization and transformation initiatives by documenting process impacts.
