Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation seeks a Senior Process Architect to document and improve end-to-end processes across enterprise platforms. You will model workflows, SOPs, and governance artifacts while partnering with IT and business teams to enable efficient service delivery.

You will translate process needs into requirements, support HRIS/ITSM initiatives, and contribute to testing and post-implementation validation for scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting, analyzing, and improving business or IT processes.
• Experience with enterprise systems including HRIS, ITSM, workflow, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of process modeling, governance, and data definitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end process maps, workflows, and SOPs.
• Document current-state processes and design future-state processes for scalability.
• Translate needs into business requirements and implementation-ready specs.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement process improvements and governance.
• Support testing, readiness, and post-implementation validation.
