Job summary

Ripple is seeking a highly skilled Privacy Senior Manager to join our team. This role strengthens, scales, and manages the Global Privacy Program while driving privacy initiatives and elevating operational standards across the organization.

You will lead day-to-day privacy operations, develop program policies, and stay ahead of evolving regulations to ensure compliance and data protection globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 6–8+ years of privacy program management experience, preferably in fintech/crypto.
• Experience drafting and reviewing privacy-related contract terms.
• Experience with US state privacy laws, EU GDPR, UK data protection regulations, and other privacy regimes.
• Strong analytical and program management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, tailored to audiences.
• Privacy certification

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day global privacy operations, including processing data subject requests, data mapping, and privacy risk assessments.
• Develop and operationalize the global privacy program; update policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor relevant global privacy legislation and implement new requirements.
• Develop and conduct privacy training for adoption across the organization.
• Maintain program metrics and identify risks and trends.
• Support privacy tools and generate ad-hoc and quarterly reports for leadership.
• Provide operational support to Regulatory Compliance on licensing and outsourcing matters.
