Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead and develop our Trust Platform—the programmable controls, integrations, and APIs that enable our products to operate securely as we expand into regulated markets such as banks and other institutions.

You will own the roadmap for high-stakes regulatory surfaces, define reusable components, and work with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to translate risk requirements into product decisions while maintaining clear ownership.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years in fintech or regulated tech as a Product Manager.
Proven track record shipping platform products and reusable APIs.
Experience with compliance, risk, and auditability.
Ability to own roadmaps across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Own roadmap for high-stakes regulatory surfaces and bank-grade diligence.
Define scope for Trust Platform components and reusable APIs.
Build information-request and review tooling across product lines.
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to translate regulatory needs.
