Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead and grow the Trust Platform, the programmable controls and APIs used across our products as we expand into regulated markets such as banks and other entities. You will own the roadmap, determine reusable components, and drive cross‑functional collaboration with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering.

You’ll craft a durable platform strategy, balance flexibility with control, and build scalable workflows for information requests and reviews

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in fintech, crypto or another regulated tech space.
• Staff or Senior Staff level product management experience.
• Developing and expanding platform products with reusable primitives and APIs.
• Experience in compliance, risk, trust and safety, or a high‑stakes regulatory domain.
• Ability to operate across Compliance, Legal, Engineering with clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for high‑stakes regulatory surfaces and stay ahead of jurisdictional changes.
• Define scope and develop the Trust Platform with reusable components for other teams.
• Build tooling for information‑request and review workflows across product lines.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to translate regulatory needs into product decisions.
