Job summary

DT (NASDAQ: APPS) seeks a Privacy Counsel to lead global privacy and data protection for its platform, products, and partner ecosystem. You will partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Ad Operations to embed privacy by design in new features, data flows, and commercial deals.

The role requires 4+ years of privacy law experience, a J.D., and active U.S. bar admission, with familiarity in CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, COPPA, and related regimes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of privacy and data protection law experience, in-house or at a law firm.
• Experience negotiating data processing agreements and advising on controller/processor allocations.
• Familiarity with global privacy frameworks (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, COPPA) and ad-tech/privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day privacy advisor for global laws and DT's products and partnerships.
• Advise on privacy-by-design for new features, data flows, consent and retention.
• Review and negotiate DPAs, data transfer mechanisms, and vendor/commercial agreements.
• Develop and maintain privacy notices, policies, and incident/response protocols.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams to scale privacy processes.
