Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one US state bar.
• 8+ years of legal experience with 5+ years advising on privacy.
• Experience advising on US privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA) and GDPR knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise on US privacy laws and global privacy matters.
• Develop and scale the global privacy program.
• Advise on privacy, AI, and cyber issues with pragmatic solutions.
• Investigate security incidents and respond to regulatory inquiries.
