HP is seeking a Senior Director of Pricing Transformation, Execution and Performance to lead a global pricing agenda, elevating pricing from an operational function to a strategic lever that drives revenue and margin growth. The role partners with Category leads and pricing operations to deliver measurable impact across markets and channels.

The role oversees transformation governance, data-driven decision making, and the rollout of scalable pricing frameworks, with accountability for end-to-end

Qualifications

• Executive leadership with global scope and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Deep strategic pricing expertise across GTM, Category and deal governance.
• Strong analytical, AI/data acumen to drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for cross-functional leadership.
• Financial literacy with P&L ownership and business impact mindset.
• Experience leading transformation, change management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the pricing transformation roadmap from strategy to execution.
• Collaborate with Category leadership to develop pricing strategies and guardrails.
• Drive end-to-end execution and performance measurement of pricing initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional governance and change management for pricing programs.
• Develop pricing data governance, analytics capabilities, and KPI scorecards.
• Coach leaders and build pricing leadership bench across regions.
