Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis.
• At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience performing people management.
• At least 2 years of experience performing project management.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services.
• 1+ year of experience in consulting.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability and competitive success.
• Lead the Infrastructure and Implementation pillar and cross‑functional teams.
• Define strategic pricing approaches for complex payment flows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance to improve quality, volume, and profitability.

• Mentor and develop analysts; manage multiple projects concurrently.
