Job summary

Capital One seeks a seasoned Business Director to lead the Infrastructure and Implementation pillar within the International Pricing Team. You will architect pricing systems and processes influencing network resilience and profitability, partnering with enterprise leaders to modernize pricing infrastructure.

You will manage a global, cross-functional team, define strategic approaches to complex payment flows, and apply rigorous analytics to interchange, network incentives, and monetization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of quantitative analysis.
• 4+ years of qualitative analysis.
• 2+ years of people management.
• 2+ years of project management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability and competitive success for Capital One.
• Lead and develop analysts; coach and mentor associates.
• Oversee multiple projects and programs; sequence delivery against strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and others to improve quality, volume, service and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong analytics with written and oral communication to drive decisions.
