Job summary

Intuitive in Sunnyvale seeks a process-oriented Pricing Operations Analyst to support how pricing reaches customers: global price books, contracted pricing, and CPQ system execution. The role designs processes and logic to keep quoting accurate, fast, and simple for sales teams and customers across the quote-to-cash continuum.

You will partner with regional pricing, Sales Operations, Contracts, Customer Service, Product Management, and Systems to drive price execution excellence and pricing

Qualifications

• Experience with pricing and quote-to-cash processes.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to design and optimize pricing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Price Book Management: support creation and maintenance of global price books, with new product introductions and price changes.
• Contract-Based Pricing: activate and maintain contracted, deviated, and tiered pricing in CPQ and ERP, incl. terms and membership eligibility.
• Systems and Configuration: configure CPQ pricing logic, discounting rules, and approval workflows.
• Process Design and Optimization: design, document, and improve repeatable price execution processes.
• Enablement and Customer Experience: train sales teams on quoting and price execution, and improve the purchasing experience.
• Controls and Reporting: maintain audit-ready documentation and report on price execution accuracy and cycle time.
