Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in pricing operations, sales operations, order management, contract administration, or business process roles.
• Hands-on CPQ configuration experience with pricing rules and approval workflows.
• Direct experience administering contracted or deviated customer pricing.
• Demonstrated process design and process mapping capability, with clear written documentation.
• Advanced Excel skills, with working knowledge of Tableau.
• Travel ~10% and onsite in Sunnyvale, CA three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage global price books including new product introductions and price changes.
• Activate and maintain contracted pricing in CPQ and ERP, including terms and eligibility.
• Configure CPQ pricing logic and approval workflows; perform regression testing.
• Design and optimize repeatable price execution processes across quote-to-cash.
• Train sales and regional pricing teams on quoting and price execution and provide frontline support.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and report price execution accuracy and cycle time.
