Intuitive Surgical, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Pricing Operations Analyst to support how pricing reaches customers through global price books, contracted pricing, and the CPQ system that executes it.

The role designs processes and system logic to ensure quotes are accurate, fast, and simple for the sales teams and customers who depend on it. You will partner with regional pricing, Sales Operations, Contracts, Customer Service, Product Management, and Systems to improve quote-to-cash,

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in pricing operations, sales ops, order mgmt, contract admin, or business processes.
At least 2 years hands-on CPQ configuration.
Experience administering contracted or deviated pricing.
Strong process design and documentation skills.
Detail oriented with high-volume pricing data.
Ability to explain trade-offs between process and system changes.
Customer- and partner-facing service orientation.
Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Tableau.
Collaborates across time zones and functions.
Willingness to travel ~10% (international travel).

Responsibilities

Price Book Management: create/maintain global price books and manage price changes.
Contract-Based Pricing: manage contracted/deviated pricing, terms, and expirations.
Systems and Configuration: configure CPQ pricing logic and approval workflows; regression testing.
Process Design and Optimization: design repeatable pricing execution processes.
Enablement and Customer Experience: train teams on quoting and price execution.
Controls and Reporting: maintain audit-ready docs and track price execution metrics.
