You will lead AB testing, drive data-driven optimization, and partner withLifecycle Marketing, Product, and Analytics to define roadmaps and influence senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business/Management, Business Analytics, Economics or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in pricing strategy, analytics, or a subscription-based business model.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; SQL knowledge a plus.
• Extensive experience devising and measuring discount strategies (incl. AB testing).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to lead meetings with senior management.
• Track record of end-to-end project ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail to ensure analysis accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the conceptualization, execution, and optimization of global referral incentive strategy.
• Lead incentive strategy and impact modeling for loyalty program and churn prevention initiatives.
• Own the full AB testing lifecycle from hypothesis to post-test analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve global strategies through deep-dive analysis.
• Partner with senior leadership and global teams to set strategy roadmaps and present recommendations.
• Establish and refine playbooks for pricing and discount initiatives across markets.
