HelloFresh in New York seeks a Manager, Global Price & Discount Strategy to shape pricing across our global portfolio—HelloFresh, GreenChef, EveryPlate, Chef's Plate, Youfoodz. Lead market pricing and run experiments with cross-functional teams to optimize growth and margins.

You have 3-5 years in analytics or pricing, a Bachelor’s (Master preferred), strong Excel and SQL skills, and AB-testing experience. The role offers competitive pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or price/discount-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in marketing, business or STEM fields.
• Excellent analytical skills with Excel (SQL a plus) to translate data into insights.
• Experience devising and measuring strategic optimizations (including AB testing).
• Proven experience working with Product, Marketing, and Data Science in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape market pricing strategies and monitor performance across key markets.
• Design, align, and run AB tests to validate pricing and promotions.
• Own end-to-end initiatives from framing problems to delivering impact.
• Build frameworks and playbooks to standardize pricing across markets.
• Collaborate with Pricing Analytics and Product to modernize AI-enabled pricing workflows.
