Mimecast North America, Inc. is seeking a Global Pre‑Sales Engineering Operations Manager to build the backbone of our worldwide Sales Engineering organization.

You will own KPIs, reporting cadences, demo and POV/POC infrastructure, and enablement systems that span the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and MEA. Reporting to the Global Pre‑Sales Leader, you will standardize pre‑sales operations, drive data‑driven decisions, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Sales Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pre‑sales or Sales Engineering operations in a technical environment.
• Ability to build KPI dashboards and performance reporting for a multi‑region org.
• Strong analytical skills turning data into decision‑ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a standardized global operating model for pre‑sales engineering across regions.
• Partner with regional leaders to resolve coverage gaps and bottlenecks.
• Own demo readiness, scheduling, access governance, and enablement infra across products with KPIs.
• Lead monthly operational reviews translating trends into corrective actions.
