Job summary
Mimecast is seeking a senior partner for Product Operations in a hybrid role in the United States, focused on roadmap planning for Product and R&D across the portfolio in Massachusetts. You will own the planning system, ensure goals are clearly defined, sequenced, and achieved, and empower engineering and product managers to own outcomes.
You will lead weekly delivery cadences with leadership, champion AI-enabled planning and quality workflows, and measure cycle time, lead time, and deployment
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Program Management across multi-team Product & R&D orgs.
- Own roadmap planning and end-to-end execution accountability.
- Strong analytical chops; build metrics framework and narrate delivery-flow data.
- Influence across Product, R&D and leadership without relying on authority.
- Fluency in agile delivery and ability to discuss trade-offs.
- Interest in AI's role in how Product & R&D teams work and adoption.
- High ownership and a team-first mindset with measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap: maintain a clear, ranked view of priorities across Product and R&D.
- Drive a weekly delivery cadence with leadership, surface risks, resolve blockers.
- Champion AI adoption across Product and R&D, embedding AI-powered workflows.
- Spot recurring friction and blockers and propose leadership solutions.
- Own metrics: cycle time, lead time, deployment frequency, velocity narrative.
- Maintain team health and streamline processes to improve flow.
