Job summary

Alexander Wang is seeking a Manager of PR & VIP to lead multi-brand strategies for entertainment and celebrity relations across global markets. The role focuses on managing high-profile VIP relationships and coordinating brand activations with major partners to enhance visibility and drive sales.

The candidate will work across marketing, creative, social media, and events teams to align on strategy, timing, and messaging, while developing initiatives to maximize media coverage and brand impact.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in PR, VIP relations, entertainment marketing, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of culture across music, fashion, entertainment and pop culture; ability to spot trends.
• Proven track record managing high-profile celebrities and brand partnerships.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute global VIP initiatives, including event planning and activation coordination to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Social Media, Events and external agencies to align on strategy and messaging.
• Manage VIP relations and celebrity partnerships for the Creative Director, coordinating appearances and collaborations.
• Oversee VIP looks for events, coordinating with design and styling teams to match brand aesthetic.
• Develop and manage global influencer strategy from micro to macro influencers; track EMV, impressions, CVR, and ROI.
