Alexander Wang Inc. is seeking a Manager, PR + VIP to lead talent and culture, identify and cast individuals and communities that keep the brand culturally relevant, and translate relationships into VIP partnerships and press moments across global markets.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Social, Events and external partners to execute VIP activations, manage celebrity appearances, gifting programs, and influencer campaigns that boost visibility and sales.

Formación

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in PR, VIP relations, entertainment marketing, talent management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of the cultural and entertainment landscape; music, fashion and pop culture.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to pitch and influence.
• Proficiency with AI tools and data-driven campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and scout talent and cultural figures for VIP partnerships.
• Lead talent and community casting for branded content, social and experiential activations.
• Develop relationships with creators to expand brand reach and opportunities.
• Manage VIP relations, celebrity partnerships, appearances and gifting programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy, timelines and brand messaging.
• Oversee influencer strategy and multi-channel content capture.
