Job summary

Power Integrations seeks a senior leader to head its Multi‑Market Business Unit in the United States. You will own the end‑to‑end strategy across consumer, communications, and low‑power industrial power solutions, overseeing product development, pricing, lifecycle management, and profitability.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration with product management, applications engineering, and engineering, ensuring alignment with market needs and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in power semiconductors or power electronics and related markets.
• Proven ownership of P&L or equivalent business responsibility.
• Strong leadership across product management, applications engineering, and engineering groups.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end strategy for Power Integrations’ Multi‑Market Business Unit.
• Define pricing, product mix, lifecycle management, and profitability targets.
• Lead integrated product leadership across market requirements, product definition, and cost targets.
• Oversee system applications, reference designs, and scalable deployment.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment with platform roadmaps and GTM execution.
• Establish operating cadence for portfolio performance, lifecycle reviews, and cost tracking.
