Job summary
TE Connectivity is seeking a Power Integrity Engineering Manager to lead a global team focused on PI/SI for advanced data-center power solutions. You will coach, develop, validate, and scale power integrity capabilities across SEA and the Americas, guiding lab expansion and performance improvements.
Your role includes reviewing simulation models, directing test programs, and collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver robust power delivery systems for large compute
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- +5 years in power conversion and distribution.
- Global leadership experience.
- Experience with electrical design tools such as Spice, Allegro, Power DC, Ansys Q3D.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team in simulating, developing, implementing, and verifying power integrity for data-center solutions.
- Manage lab processes and expansion across SEA and the Americas.
- Guide design, validation, and testing of power delivery systems for large compute infrastructure.
- Review simulation models and correlating with lab data.
- Interface with customers and internal teams to align requirements.
