Job summary

Monks is seeking an experienced Retail Post Production professional to lead post‑production projects for North America, collaborating with editors, animators, sound teams, producers, and internal/external partners to deliver high‑quality advertising content for Broadcast, web, and more.

You will define schedules, review requests, and build teams to meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supervising post-production projects across commercial, digital, and TV/Broadcast.
Ability to anticipate blockers, coordinate next steps, and provide visibility to stakeholders.
Strong scheduling, planning, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with post-production workflows and current software/hardware solutions.

Responsibilities

Define delivery schedules for projects and secure deadlines.
Review new client and internal requests to identify what needs to be done and when.
Build resource plans for each task and schedule production staffing.
Oversee post-production from start to finish and brief teams on objectives and priorities.
Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure alignment on priorities and ETAs.
Provide visibility into project status and potential risks to stakeholders.
Create and maintain charts, schedules, trackers, and other visibility tools.
Work in a process-driven environment with high-volume deliverables while maintaining accuracy.
Contribute to workflows, best practices, and process improvements.
