Monks is seeking a highly organized Senior Producer / Project Manager to oversee rapid-turn editorial and marketing work. You will translate incoming requests into clear tasks, timelines and handoffs while maintaining visibility across priorities, reviews and delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in creative production or PM roles within an agency, tech company or in-house creative org.
• Experience managing rapid-turn digital, web, editorial, design and motion deliverables.
• Strong task-management, trafficking and production-planning skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for QA.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience across distributed teams and multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from intake and briefing through production, review, approval and final delivery.
• Translate incoming requests into clear tasks, owners, timelines, dependencies and next steps.
• Maintain project trackers, production schedules, status reports and delivery documentation.
• Traffic work across design, motion, editorial, technical and client teams.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency, complexity, capacity, and business need.
• Coordinate handoffs across locations and shifts, documenting status and next actions.
• Consolidate feedback and resolve conflicts with practical paths forward.
• Conduct producer-level QA for completeness, accuracy, and naming conventions.
• Ensure final assets are packaged, documented, and delivered through proper channels.
• Monitor timelines and risks, proactively communicating issues and proposing solutions.
• Operate independently and move work forward when direction is incomplete.
• Partner with leads to improve workflows and templates.
