AECOM is seeking a strategic Business Development leader to drive global market strategy in water resources and related infrastructure. You will coordinate with regional teams, port authorities, and public agencies to grow opportunities across the Americas and beyond.

You will nurture senior relationships, lead pursuit teams, and align cross-disciplinary resources to deliver integrated client solutions in port, maritime, and civil works projects.

Formación

• BA/BS + 12 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develops global market strategy, annual sales objectives, priority accounts, and an actionable growth plan (Americas focus).
• Builds and maintains senior relationships with port authorities, terminal operators, and public agencies.
• Leads opportunity pipeline, capture planning, and negotiations within approvals processes.
