AECOM is seeking an experienced Business Development leader to drive market strategy and opportunity growth across the Water sector, with emphasis on ports, maritime, and infrastructure programs in the Americas.

The role requires building strategic relationships with port authorities, investors, and public agencies, while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated client offerings. Hybrid work location and leadership responsibilities are core facets of this position.

Formación

• BA/BS + 12 years of related experience or equivalent, including 4 years of leadership.
• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred; Portuguese proficiency is an additional advantage.
• Experience supporting USACE navigation and civil works programs, Navy waterfront facilities, or Coast Guard infrastructure and navigation requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Establish global market strategy, annual sales objectives, priority accounts, and an actionable growth plan.
• Develop senior relationships with port authorities, terminal operators, and investors to identify opportunities early.
• Build and manage a qualified opportunity pipeline, lead capture planning, client positioning, and negotiations.
• Coordinate across AECOM lines and regions to align account ownership and secure required technical resources.
• Identify delivery partners and support commercial arrangements with legal, finance, and risk teams.
